Payment Options

McGilvra uses a "Return to Team" model, which means all returning players will be placed on their teams from the previous fall season. We can only guarantee placement on your existing team until July 1st. We are not able to hold roster spots beyond that date, so please make sure you register on time to stay with your team.

Register to Coach or Volunteer - Opens May 5th

Anyone volunteering to coach, assist or manage a team will need to Register with Washington Youth Soccer (WYS) to have a required national background check completed before you get assigned to the team. IF YOU COACHED A TEAM IN THE SYSA SPRING 2021 SEASON, AND HAVE CURRENT 2021 CERTIFICATES, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RENEW FOR FALL SEASON.

Federal Law now requires all volunteers to complete Heads Up! Concussions Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness, and Safe Sport training. We must comply with WYS and USYSA. All training sessions are online and can be done at your convenience from a computer or mobile device. The Concussion (30 minutes) and Cardiac Arrest (15 minutes) trainings are relatively short sessions, while the Safe Sports training is a little more involved; it consists of three (3) 30 min modules. RETURNING COACHES ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THE SAFESPORT REFRESHER, WHICH IS ONLY 20 MINUTES. Register to Volunteer; it’s fun and makes a difference.
